We are seeking an energetic and persuasive Telemarketer to generate leads and set appointments through outbound calls. The ideal candidate is confident, target-driven, and comfortable speaking with potential clients over the phone.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients using the provided leads
- Introduce company products/services and explain key benefits
- Generate qualified leads and set appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with potential clients to maintain engagement
- Maintain accurate call records and update the CRM system
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment targets
