Sales Executive

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruitment Executive to manage the end-to-end hiring process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet the company’s workforce needs.

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
  • Post job advertisements on job portals and social media platforms
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview stages
  • Communicate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
